I'm sure if you think hard enough, you could negate this statement. Love normally doesn't come back to bite you. Point is.we know that overall it is better to love than to hate. actually it is always too strong unless we are talking about rotten eggs. The guy said that he is getting prints made of them so I will definitely be getting a copy. I heard some new artists and really enjoyed the artwork they displayed, particularly, the silver glitter lips painting. Monday I went with a friend to an open mic at Billup's Art Gallery in East Nashville which was a really neat place. However, I did watch The Who's half time show on YouTube afterward. Super Bowl Sunday.honestly, I skipped it. Kind of a joke.but I don't really have coworkers so I always have to make friends with whoever Erica works with. I made new friends with more of Erica's coworkers. Erica and I were the troopers that made it to Tin Roof after so we could enjoy the Chris Weaver Band. We then migrated to Mojo/Broadway Brewhouse in Midtown which is by far the best Broadway Brewhouse in town. Lots of people that I don't get to see enough. Jennifer Vineyard made the trek to Nashville from NC so about 18 of us went to supper at Whiskey Kitchen Saturday night. From there, we proceeded to head out to Dan McGuiness in Cool Springs to meet up with some more Arrington friends and listen to the Irish band and people slamming glasses on the tables. This past Friday, I went to see some friends from Arrington play at the Listening Room which was lots of fun. If that doesn't cry out hairspray and teasing, I don't know what does. I will be going to Mercy Lounge Saturday night to watch an amazing 80s band with friends. Yippee! There are fun things happening in Nashville. I think everybody will agree with me that we are all ready to just be able to go somewhere on the weekend without the chance of icy roads. I'm glad the unexpected snow Monday night didn't snow us in again because my supply of hot pockets was completely out. This past weekend wasn't too bad but the weekend before that was enough to stop me from driving a car. This is a huge difference from the snow that we have had up here in Nashville for the last two weekends. I'm from Fripp Island, South Carolina were the big snow of '93 could have simply meant flurries that melted when making contact with the ground.
